Day 1: Upper/Lower Strength

Alternating between upper body work and lower body work, this workout will get you strong. Oh, and all you need is yourself, no equipment required.

Day 2: 10-4

10 moves circuit that keeps you moving and grooving. Move fast to earn a break!

Day 3: Boxing Cardio

A boxing inspired cardio jam. Jab, Punch, Uppercut your way to a fitter you.

Day 4: Stay Ready

A bodyweight tabata workout where you work for 20 seconds and rest for 10. Sounds easy? You'll start to feel in in no time!

Day 5: Iso Power & Burn

This workout is based around isolated movements that'll get you moving, burning calories, and carving that body.

Day 6: Hold Tabata

A workout where you don't move? Yup - this workout is all holds. Make sure to take deep breaths when you're feeling that burn.

What equipment do I need?

None! This is all bodyweight.
