The other day I was getting annoyed at a bunch of little things:
Someone would interrupt me ...😖
The internet was slow....😠
I heard someone's voice in the office and their voice annoyed me, I don't why it just did....😡
All small and silly and questionable things to get mad about. But then I thought about when I last ate and it was hours and hours ago.
So I ate a piece of toast with peanut butter and banana on it. And felt better.🤷🏽♂️
Sometimes you're not really mad or upset, maybe you're just hungry. Eat a banana, an apple, even a snickers. You'll feel better. 😎
